For quite a while now I have been debating whether to purchase a pair of white patent Dr. Martens. To this day I still can't think where I got the inspiration to buy them in white patent but these are the ones that have just stuck in my mind.
It was in Vogue's March issue that finally sealed the deal for me to go and get myself a pair of white Dr. Martens. They were in the British Vogue feature called 'Demob' which was based on my favourite look which is 'off-duty' so it included lots of denim, shirts, white, oversized and over course Dr. Martens. You know when you have been driving yourself crazy of whether to get something, it was during this moment that I was turning the pages of Vogue to find them featured here, I felt it was like a sign that was telling me that this was the right thing to do!
The first celebrity of this time that I noticed that really brought Dr. Martens back to a fashion statement was Agyness Deyn. When she arrived onto the modelling scene, it was unlikely ever to see her not in a pair of them when off-duty, worn with a floaty floral dress or grungy rock vintage pieces.
Other celebrities that are rarely seen without their Dr. Martens are Robert Pattinson, Avril Lavigne, Ashlee Simpson, Diane Kruger, Taylor Momsen and even The Saturdays. They all wear them in their own individual way and in an array of so many colours. This is what is so great about the Dr. Marten boots they are so practical and comfy and yet so stylish and versatile.

oooo i love these, im desperate for some!!
